In order to formalize the fundamental values that inspire SERGEN SRL, this Code of Ethics has been developed as a corporate ethics tool,
with the aim of disseminating the principles and standards of conduct that underpin our business.
The principles contained in the Code of Ethics apply to Employees, External Collaborators (consultants, agents, service providers), and other individuals
who have relationships with SERGEN SRL, and represent an explicit guideline in the performance of their duties and functions (internal or external),
in the belief that ethics in business management must be pursued in conjunction with the economic growth of the company, upholding the firm principles
expressed in this Code.
